Jay Surti is an author, keynote speaker and presentation coach based in London, UK. Having practised as a lawyer for 17 years, she realised that many professionals struggle with presenting and public speaking, something which was a big problem for her personally for more than 30 years until she found a way to overcome that – her own experiences of not being able to speak up led to giving up a career in Civil Engineering.Tired of running away from those opportunities because of fear, Jay decided to do something about it. Her fascination for the art of effective communication led to a career change – she now works with professionals across many industry sectors helping them improve communication and leadership skills.

Jay’s other main area of interest is speaking on the topic of diversity in the workplace.
