Q) Can I have a different colour carpet on my booth?
Yes you can but you will need to first lay a platform down. Please Contact STANCO for more information.

You should contact the main contractors directly. Their details are in the main manual which you can view on line at the PESGB website.
Q) I want to hang a banner above my booth, who do I talk to?
Banners can be hung above your booths providing they do not extend outside the area of your booth. If you wish to hang a banner at PETEX, please contact Graham Harman tel: +44 (0) 1844 239111
Q) I have an All-
All exhibitors must insure themselves against fire, theft, damage or for personal injury or loss to or by any person employed by the exhibitor or third party.
Q) I need a different name on my fascia, who do I tell?
When completing your initial booking form you should complete the section headed “Name on fascia”. If there are any changes then you should notify the PESGB as soon as possible.
Q) I need refreshments on my booth during PETEX, who do I talk to?
Refreshments for your booth while at PETEX can be obtained by contacting the official caterers LEITH’s on +44 (0) 20 7370 8156
Q) When can I breakdown my booth at the end of the show?
Breakdown of booths cannot take place until 1700 on Thursday 22 November. Any exhibitor doing so before that time will be blacklisted for future events.
Q) I need to send courier packages to Earls Court 2, how do I address them?
Any exhibitor sending courier packages to Earls Court 2 before the show should send them clearly marked with the name of the show PETEX 2012, the venue Earls Court 2, their booth number and their company name. In addition, if it is before they arrive, it should be marked for the attention of The PETEX Organisers Office.
